基于FCS架构的全数字化煤矿工作面通信控制装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前煤矿工作面通信控制装置容易受变频电磁干扰、可靠性低、控制功能单一、通信接口少、扩展功能弱、语音通信衰减等问题,提出了一种基于FCS架构的全数字化煤矿工作面通信控制装置的设计方案,并详细阐明了其结构原理、系统组成、功能应用等。该通信控制装置包含软、硬件设计2个部分。其中硬件方面由矿用本安型可编程控制器、总线式IO模块、总线式急停闭锁、总线式闭锁扩音电话等设备组成,设备数量可根据项目需要灵活配置,大幅提高了该装置的适配性。基于IEC61131-3标准设计了一套涵盖工作面设备配置、系统启停、系统保护、故障诊断的通信控制程序。整个通信控制装置在监控数据与语音数据融合数字化传输、闭锁扩音电话位置自动识别、电磁兼容性等多个关键技术上突破并进行总体融合,提高了该装置的兼容性和抗干扰能力。经现场应用表明,该装置具有控制功能丰富、整体可靠性高、组网能力强、可扩展性和可维护性好等特点。 Focusing on the problems of current coal mine face communication control device,such as easy to be affected by frequency conversion electromagnetic interference,low reliability,single control function,few communication interfaces,weak expansion function,voice communication attenuation,etc.,this paper puts forward a design scheme of full digital coal mine face communication control device based on FCS architecture,and expounds its structure principle,system composition,function application,etc.The communication control system consists of two parts:software and hardware design.The hardware is composed of mine intrinsically safe programmable controller,bus type IO module,bus type emergency stop lock,bus type locking amplifying telephone and other equipment.The number of equipment can be flexibly configured according to the needs of the project,which greatly improves the adaptability of the device.Based on standard of IEC61131-3,a set of communication control program is designed,which includes equipment configuration,system start-up and stop,system protection and fault diagnosis.The whole communication control device breaks through and integrates several key technologies,such as digital transmission of monitoring data and voice data fusion,automatic position recognition of locked amplifying telephone,electromagnetic compatibility,etc.,which improves the compatibility and anti-interference ability of the device.The field application shows that the device has rich control functions,high overall reliability,strong networking,good scalability and maintainability.
