摘要
目的将多站式考核应用于新护士岗前培训,优化岗前培训的考核方式,了解新护士的临床护理水平,提高岗前培训效果。方法以基础理论知识及设计的病案为主题,应用教师标准化病人,设置理论知识考核,新病人入院接待,收集病史、评估、提出护理问题及措施,护理技能操作及应急能力及出院宣教5个站点,除理论知识统一考试外,其他考站均有2名监考教师及1名教师标准化病人,最后经无记名问卷的形式对考核方式的满意度进行调查。结果新护士在多站式考核的各个站点中,考核成绩得分率均高于75%;对多站式考核效果评价的满意度均高于65%。结论多站式考核涉及的知识面较广,较传统的单项考试更能反映出护士的护理水平,对新护士的素质提高有较好的促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in pre-job training of new nurses,so as to optimize the assessment method and accurately reflect new nurses' clinical nursing ability. Methods Focus on basic theory knowledge and clinical cases,five sties were set including theoretical knowledge assessment,reception of newly admitted patients,collection of medical history,assessment,nursing problems and measures,nursing skills and emergency response capabilities,discharge education. Besides theoretical knowledge examination,two examiners and a teacher standardize patient were distributed in each examination station. Nurses' satisfaction with the assessment method was investigated using questionnaires. Results The average scoring rate of173 new nurses was above 75%. Nurses' satisfaction with the assessment method was above 65%. Conclusion OSCE involves a wide range of knowledge and can reflect the level of nurses' professional competence care,which contributes to the improvement of new nurses' quality.
