摘要
阐述了下销在牵伸机构中的作用,对两种下销的纺纱机理进行了分析对比。通过试纺,认为专利下销减少了平台长度、改薄了前缘厚度、增加了阶梯高差,有利于改善纺纱质量,具有推广价值。
Expatiation is done to the function of the bottom cradle in the drafting process.Comparison analysis is done to the two bottom cradles mentioned-above regarding the spinning mechanism .Spinning comparison proves that the patented bottom cradle is competitive in spinning quality for its reduction of length of the platform,thinner front edge and big cascading difference. It is worthy of being generalized.
