摘要
慕课为我国继续教育提供了扩大教育对象、拓宽教育内容、降低教育门槛、人性化教学、个性化教育、提高教育质量和整合社会资源等机遇;也提出了开展非学历教育、升级改造教学管理方式、提升教学质量、优化课程和塑造品牌、转变教育理念、提升教师能力和开展教育实证研究等挑战。继续教育机构应从淡化学历教育、运用现代物联网和信息技术、开展优质特色课程研发设计、采用混合式教学、进行实证研究、改革管理运行机制等方面进行应对。
MOOC with humanized teaching, individualized education offers many opportunities for continuing education in our country which expands education object, broadens education content, lowers the difficulty in education, and improves the quality of education and opportunity for integration of social resources, etc. It also faces many challenges like carrying out non-academic education and upgrading teaching management methods, improving teaching quality, optimizing the curriculum and shaping the brand, changing education concept, improving teachers＇ ability and carrying out empirical research on education. We should fade out diploma education, use the modern internet and information technology, research and develop the quality characteristics of curriculum design, adopt the hybrid teaching, and empirical research and reform management mechanism, etc.
