摘要
目的探究细节管理理念在神经内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法将在该院神经内科接受治疗的患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理管理,观察组患者则接受细节管理。比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、护理满意率及投诉率。结果观察组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组患者,护理满意率高于对照组,投诉率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理理念在神经内科护理管理中能提高患者的护理满意度,减少投诉事件的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the details of the application of management concepts in neurology nursing management.Methods The patients from our hospital neurology treated as research subjects, divided into a control group and observation group. The control group received usual care management, observe patients receiving details of the management. Two groups were compared anxiety, depression scores, nursing satisfaction rate and the incidence of complaints. Results Observation group lower than the control group patients divide,nursing satisfaction rate higher than that of patients,complaint rate difference with the control group of patients significantly,with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The details of the management concept in the neurology nursing management can improve patient satisfaction with care,reduce the incidence of complaints,with a high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
