摘要
目的探讨精神科护士焦虑的现状及其影响因素。方法对208位从事精神科护理工作1年以上的护士进行问卷调查,将调查结果与国内常模进行对比,当P<0.01时,焦虑得分差异有统计学意义。结果精神科护士焦虑检出率为43%,得分明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义,其中,性别、学历、工作年限为其影响因素。结论精神科护士的焦虑情绪明显,护理管理者应该采取相应的措施改善这一状况。
Objective To explore the anxiety of psychiatric nurse and its influencing factors.Methods there were total 208 nurses were investigated.Results The anxious incidence of psychiatric nurses was 43%;The anxious incidence in clinical nurses was higher than in non-clinical nurses（P〈0.01）;Influencing factors of anxiety in psychiatric nurses may be related to the nature of work,patient＇s condition,ward environment,patient number and life events in last week.Conclusions The anxiety of psychiatric nurses is obvious and take effective measures to improve.
