Essential polyunsaturated fatty acids for human health,alpha linolenic acid has adjust blood lipid,anti-inflammatory,improve intelligence and other physiological function. Based on this,the research progresses of alpha linolenic acid purification technology were reviewed,the principle and application prospects of various methods were summarized,and for its future development trend was prospectedalso.
