摘要
为了从昆虫中获得多不饱和脂肪酸,采用低温结晶法对马尾松毛虫幼虫油脂中的多不饱和脂肪酸进行了富集研究。单因素实验结果表明:结晶温度和结晶时间2个因素对多不饱和脂肪酸的富集都具有显著影响(P<0.01)。进一步用正交设计优化获得的最佳参数为:结晶温度为-8℃,结晶时间为18h。在此条件下,所得多不饱和脂肪酸产品的碘价值和富集得率分别为2.30g(I2)/g和61.75%。亚麻酸和亚油酸的含量分别由富集前的24.13%和9.77%提高41.21%和16.36%。
To obtain the high-quality proteins from insect resources, proteins extraction from pupae of Dendroli- mus punctatus Walker using alkali proteinase was studied. The nutrition evaluation was also carried out. The results revealed that time and temperature of crystallization had obvious influence on the concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The best condition was as the follows: crystallization temperature was -8℃, crystallization time was 18h, the iodine value and peroxidation value under this condition were 2.30 g(I2)/g, 61.75% , respectively.
