摘要
阐述了我国发展果蔬冷链的重要意义,指出果蔬冷链的三个主要环节是预冷、冷藏和冷藏运输,介绍了我国果蔬冷链的发展现状,并提出了预冷、冷藏和冷藏运输过程中的主要节能途径。
On the basis of explaining the importance of the development of fruits and vegetables cold chain, this paper pointed out that the three main links of fruits and vegetables cold chain were precooling, cold storage and refrigerated transport, and introduced that the current development situation in these three aspects of fruits and vegetables in China.Combined with the actual situation of cold chain in our country, the main ways of saving energy during precooling, cold storage and refrigerated transport were proposed.
