摘要
青年教师是地方高校课堂教学的中坚力量,其教学能力对地方院校教育教学质量、人才培养和生存发展有重大影响。针对地方院校培养青年教师教学能力的现状以及青年教师在教学能力提升阶段自身存在的问题,提出＂督导＋同行导师＂、线上与线下学习和本校交流与外派学习相结合等培养方式,不断提升青年教师的教学能力,促进青年教师队伍整体水平的提高,为地方院校向应用型大学发展迈进重要一步。
Young teachers are the backbone of classroom teaching in local colleges, and their teaching ability has great influence on the quality of education and teaching, and personnel training, survival and development of local colleges. Aiming at current cultivation situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in local colleges and the problems of the young teachers in the stage of improving teaching ability, this paper proposes some training methods which combine supervisor and peer tutor, online and offline learning and the exchange within colleges and study abroad, to continuously improve the teaching ability and the overall level of young teachers, which is an important step for local colleges to move forward to the application oriented universities.
