基于原油压缩性的叶片泵泵内压力模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 为应对稠油井筒井下高温和含砂工况,介绍了一种新型滑片式叶片泵,该泵经由地面集输用单作用叶片泵改造而来,泵体径向半径小,轴向输送流体,容积效率高,节能效果明显。基于现场应用的滑片式叶片泵的机械结构,依据原油的压缩特性,建立了滑片式叶片泵泵内压力分布模型。分析了在整个旋转周期内叶片泵泵腔内的压力变化,推导计算了滑片两侧的负载扭矩值。随着角度在(142.5°,157.5°)和(322.5°,337.5°)范围内变化,泵腔内的压力会出现逐渐升高或降低的周期性变化,在不同的压缩系数值下,泵腔内压力也呈不同的变化情况,压缩系数越高,泵内压力变化幅度越小。滑片两侧负载扭矩的变化情况与压力变化相对应。研究结果对现场生产作业具有一定的指导意义。 To cope with high temperatures and sand content wellbore conditions of heavy oil well, a new slide vane pump is introduced?The new pump is modified from single action vane pump typically applied in ground gath?ering pipeline, and has the features of small radial radius, axial fluid transporting, high volumetric efficiency and great energy?saving effect?Based on the mechanical structure of the slide vane pump and considering the compres?sion characteristics of crude oil, the inner pressure distribution model of slide vane pump has been established?The pressure change in the slide vane pump chamber over the entire rotating cycle has been analyzed?The load torques on both sides of the slide vane has been calculated?With the angle varies between ( 142?5°, 157?5°) and (322?5°, 337?5°), the pressure in the pump chamber gradually increase or decrease periodically?The pump chamber pressure also showed different changes under different oil compression coefficients?The higher the oil com?pression coefficient, the smaller the magnitude of the pressure changes in the pump?The load torques on both sides of the slide vane changes corresponding to the pressure?The study results could provide guidance to the on?site pro?duction operations.
