摘要
为了研究滑片采油泵技术用于人工举升的可行性,优选工作参数,分别以3级和6级滑片采油泵为研究对象,在不同转速、不同压头、不同黏度、不同滑片磨损工况下,通过室内试验研究了滑片采油泵工作特性,为滑片采油泵技术的应用提供了最佳转速和工况参数。
To research the feasibility of artificial lift production by using sliding vane pump, and optimize its working parame- ters. This dissertation focus on three multiple-vane pump and six multiple-vane pump, and studies their hydraulic characteristics in the different speed, pressure, fluid viscosity and width of vane. According to laboratory test, the hydraulically characteristic curve and reasonable operation parameters of sliding vane' pump were determined. The research provides reliable experiment data for field application about operating well selecting, style design and rotate parameters optimization.
