摘要
目的分析地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产临床效果。方法将黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者108例分为治疗组和对照组各54例,分别采取地屈孕酮、黄体酮治疗。结果两组保胎成功率、不同孕周血清孕酮及不良反应对比,P>0.05。结论地屈孕酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产效果显著,临床应用价值高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods The luteal function is not full of threatened abortion patients 108 cases divided into treatment group and control group, each of 54 cases, were taken to bend progesterone, progesterone treatment. Results The two groups of different gestational weeks, the success rate of serum progesterone and adverse reactions were compared, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of progesterone on the treatment of threatened abortion with incomplete abortion is significant, and the clinical application value is high.
