Objective to study and evaluate the clinical effect of oral administration of dydrogesterone in fetal protection of patients with threatened abortion due to luteal phase defect. Methods the samples studied and analyzed in this article were from 120 cases of threatened abortion caused by luteal phase defect who were treated with fetal- preserving treatment after receiving income from this hospital from March 2016 to April 2018.The reference computer method is implemented in groups, each group with 30 cases.Intramuscular progesterone injection was performed in the reference group, and the oral dydrogesterone injection was performed in the experimental group. The total statistical rates of fetal success and adverse drug reactions were calculated. Results the total statistical rate (96.67%)of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%),P<0.05,showing statistical significance of data analysis and test. The total statistical rate of adverse drug reactions of patients in the experimental group (6.67%)was significantly lower than the statistical value of patients in the reference group (26.67%), P<0.05,showing statistical significance of data analysis and test. Conclusion oral administration of dydrogesterone is effective in protecting the fetus of patients with threatened abortion due to luteal phase defect.
