循证医学在神经介入临床教学中的应用观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨循证医学在神经介入临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月-2015年8月神经介入科临床实习生102例作为研究对象,遵循随机抽样法分成观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),观察组在临床教学中应用循证医学理念,对照组应用传统临床教学法,比较两组实习生的理论考试成绩和实践技能操作成绩。结果观察组理论考试和实践技能考试成绩分别是(94.26±2.85)分和(92.17±2.13)分,高于对照组的(79.82±3.55)分和(78.48±3.49)分,两组实习生考试成绩组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循证医学在神经介入临床教学中的应用效果确切,可提高受试者的理论知识掌握程度以及实践技能水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of neurology. Methods 102 cases of clinical interns received interventional neurology as the research object in the hospital from May 2014 to August 2015, according to the random sampling method is divided into observation group(n=51) and control group(n=51), the observation group in the clinical teaching application of evidence-based medicine concept, the control group using traditional clinical teaching method, the two groups of students in the theoretical examination results and practical skills. Results The observation group theory test and practical skills test scores were(94.26±2.85) points and(92.17±2.13) points, higher than the control group(79.82±3.55) and(78.48±3.49) points, two groups of interns test scores were statistically significant differences between the groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of neurology is effective, which can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skill level of the subjects.
