摘要
目的评价不同剂量右美托咪定联合喉罩为神经介入手术治疗患者进行麻醉的效果。方法将2016年3月—2017年6月我科室收治的80例神经介入手术治疗颅内动脉瘤接受全身麻醉的患者纳入研究,将患者平均分为两组:A组术中采取七氟醚和0.5μg/kg的右美托咪定维持麻醉,B组术中采取七氟醚和1μg/kg的右美托咪定为患者维持麻醉。均置入喉罩,对比两组患者的手术中各种症状的发生情况,比较麻醉时间和睁眼时间。结果手术中,A组发生心动过缓的几率低于B组(P<0.05),术后各项症状两组发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉时间两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组睁眼时间早于B组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚和0.5μg/kg的右美托咪定进行麻醉在神经介入手术中的应用效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidin combined with laryngeal mask for nerve intervention in the treatment of patients. Methods From March 2016 to June 2017, 80 patients with intracranial aneurysms received general anesthesia in our department were enrolled in the study, they were equally divided into two groups group A received sevofurane and 0.5 μg/kg dexmedetomidine for maintenance anesthesia, while group B received sevofurane and 1 μg/kg dexmedetomidine for maintaining anesthesia. All the symptoms in the two groups were compared, and the time of anesthesia and eye opening were compared. Results In the operation, the rate of bradycardia in group A was lower than that in group B (P 〈 0.05). There was no signifcant diference in the incidence of the two groups after the operation (P 〉 0.05). There was no signifcant diference between the two groups of anesthesia time (P 〉 0.05). The eye opening time of group A was earlier than that in group B (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sevofurane and dexmedetomidin, 0.5 μg/kg, have better efects in the operation of nerve intervention.
