摘要
射频连接器具有良好的宽带传输特性,在卫星、雷达和无线通信等领域广泛运用,主要应用在模块和组件内传递射频信号。介绍了几种代表性射频连接器,重点介绍了型号为SMP-JHD1器件的特点及装配工艺需求。为满足该连接器的要求,从印制板产品设计着手,提高装配的位置精度,并开展了印刷和焊接工艺试验,检测焊点的X-Ray图像及测定焊点拉力。试验结果表明,采用多段分割的网板图形以及填孔的通孔回流焊接工艺,不仅可避免桥连缺陷,而且可使金属化孔内填满焊锡,焊点连接强度高。
RF connector is widely used to transfer RF signals in the fields of satellite, radar and wireless communications for its excellent characteristic of broadband transmission. Introduce several typical RF connectors and emphasize on a new type connecter which name is SMP-JHDI. In order to meet the request of connector, improve the position accuracy by modifying PCB design. A series of screen printing and soldering experiments were conducted. The shape of joints was observed with X-Ray and the strength of joints was measured by means of pull testing. The result of experiment shows that the stencil with multi- separation for solder paste printing can avoid soldering bridge, the plated through hole can be filled with soldering 100% by through-hole reflow process, the strength of joint is strong.
