教师付出—回报不平衡量表的编制与验证 被引量:1

摘要 研究者基于职业倦怠的社会交换理论所假设的维度结构,并通过个别访谈15名中学教师,编制出付出-回报不平衡量表的具体题目。之后,研究者将这些题目在180名教师中进行初测,保留了16题。探索性因素分析结果表明,量表包括教师与学生水平的付出-回报不平衡、教师与学校水平的付出-精神回报不平衡和教师与学校水平的付出-物质回报不平衡三个维度。在481名教师中正式施测后的结果显示,量表具有较好的信度和外部效度,不过量表的结构效度不够理想。
