摘要
征地补偿是当今城市和工业发展必须面临和解决的一个问题,其满意度影响因素的研究有助于缓和社会矛盾,促进中国城镇化和工业化。文中通过量表设计和实地问卷调查,构建研究区域征地补偿农户满意度结构方程模型,对征地补偿农户满意度影响因素进行研究。结果表明:1)通过因子分析验证了农户征地补偿满意度模型5个维度的合理性,充分反映了农户对征地补偿的感知状况;2)农户征地补偿分配满意度、农户征地补偿标准满意度和农户征地补偿保障满意度对征地补偿农户满意度存在显著正向影响;农户征地补偿程序满意度和农民抱怨对征地补偿农户满意度正向影响,但是不显著。因此,国家要注重对征地补偿分配制度、补偿标准和保障体系的建设。
Land expropriation compensation is a problem that the urban and industrial development must be faced and solved. The research of the satisfaction is helpful to ease the social contradictions, and can promote Chinag urbanization and industrialization. In this research, by questionnaire survey and the questionnaire design, we built a farmers land expropriation compensation satisfaction structural equation model, analyzed the factors affect- ing the farmerg satisfaction to the land expropriation compensation. The results showed that ： 1 ） The rationality of the five dimensions in farmers land expropriation compensation satisfaction model was verified by means of factor analysis, it fully reflected the farmers perception of land expropriation compensation condition. 2） The farmer＇s satisfactions to the land expropriation compensation allocation, land expropriation compensation standard and the land expropriation compensation guarantee had significant positive influence; the land compensation procedures satisfaction and the farmers complaining the land expropriation compensation were positively influenced farmer＇s satisfaction, but not significantly. Therefore, land expropriation compensation allocation, land expropriation compensation standard and the land expropriation compensation guarantee systems should be pay attention and be constructed.
