摘要
以湖北省711个农户的调查数据为依据,对影响农民满意度的因素进行分析,并对被调查地区的农民进行满意度评价。研究表明:影响农民满意度的因素主要有经济收入、惠农政策、教育投入、教育水平、医疗水平、交通状况和干部作风等;不同性别、不同年龄以及有无孩子上学的农民在满意度上差异不显著,但不同文化程度、不同收入来源、不同家庭人口的农民在满意度上差异明显;农民满意度总体水平偏低,但农民对惠农政策、教育水平和医疗水平表现出较高的满意度,而对经济收入、交通状况和干部作风表现出较低的满意度。
This paper analyzes and evaluates factors influencing farmers′ satisfaction based on 711 households′ survey data in Hubei Province.Studies show that the factors affecting satisfaction mainly exist in the economic income,benefit policy,education investment,education level,medical level,traffic conditions,and cadres′ work style.Variance analysis shows that those farmers′ satisfaction has no significant differences on gender,age and whether their children study in schools.However,farmers′ satisfaction has significant differences on educated level,income sources,and family size.The overall level of satisfaction degree is low,but satisfaction is relatively high in benefit policies,education level and medical standards while satisfaction degree is lower in income,traffic conditions and cadres′ work style.
