摘要
目的探讨无抽搐电痉挛治疗联合阿立哌唑难治性精神分裂症及其对患者记忆力的影响。方法难治性精神分裂症患者220例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各110例。对照组单独使用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑联合无抽搐电痉挛联合治疗。比较两组患者在简明精神量表总评分、各因子分以及总有效率之间的差异。结果治疗3周后,观察组患者简明精神量表总评分及各因子分均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者总有效率为97.27%高于对照组总有效率68.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗7周后,观察组TESS总评分、心血管系症状因子分明显低于对照组TESS总评分、心血管系症状因子分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1天后,观察组患者MQ和各因子分低于对照组患者MQ和各因子分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无抽搐电痉挛联合阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效显著,虽然对患者记忆力有短暂影响,但并不影响患者的正常生活。
Objective To study of modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia and its intervention in the memory in patients. Methods 220 refractory schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 110 cases in each. The control group was treated with aripiprazole alone. The observation group was treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with aripi- prazole. The total score, psychiatric rating score and total efficiency were observed. Results 3 weeks after treatment, the each factor and total score brief of psychiatric rating scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The total efficiency of the observation group （97.27%） was higher than that of the control group （68.19%） （P〈0.01）. After 7 weeks treatment, the total score of TESS, car- diovascular system symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. 1 days after treatment, MQ and each factor score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with aripiprazole in treatment of refractory schizophrenia has good curative effect. Although transient effects in patients with memory, but it does not affect the normal life in pa-tients.
