摘要
目的:探讨无抽搐电痉挛联合帕利哌酮缓释片治疗对精神分裂症患者记忆力的影响。方法:收集精神分裂症患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30人。帕利哌酮组(简称为P组)患者单纯采用帕利哌酮治疗;无抽搐电痉挛组(简称为M组)患者单纯采用无抽搐电痉挛治疗;帕利哌酮联合无抽搐电痉挛组(简称为C组)患者采用无抽搐电痉挛联合帕利哌酮治疗。运用韦氏记忆量表分别于治疗前、治疗1 d、1周、4周、8周、治疗结束后1周、2周对患者记忆力商(MQ)进行评定,比较各组数据。结果:C组患者MQ治疗中出现下降,与P组患者比较差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义,与M组患者比较差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义;C组患者治疗结束后1周,患者MQ即上升至治疗前,与M组比较,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:无抽搐电痉挛联合帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症,患者可出现可逆性短时记忆力损伤的现象,但较单纯使用无抽搐电痉挛治疗恢复快,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study influence of modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with Paliperidone extended release tablets on memory of patients with schizophrenia. Methods:90 patients with schizophrenia were collected and randomly divided into three groups, there were 30 patients in each group and they were named as P group which was treated by single Paliperidone, M group which was treated by single modified electroconvulsive therapy and C group which was treated by modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with Paliperidone. Wechsler memory scale was adopted to evaluate the memory quotient ( MQ) of each group before the treat-ment, 1 day, 1 week, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks during the treatment and 1 week, and 2 weeks after the treatment. The MQ of each group were compared. Results:TheMQ of C group declined during the treatment, the difference between C group and P group was statistical-ly significant (P﹤0. 05), and there was no statistically significant difference between C group and M group (P﹥0. 05). The MQ of C group 1 week after treatment raised, and the difference between C group and M group was statistically significant (P﹤0. 05). Conclu-sions:The combined therapy of modified electroconvulsive therapy and Paliperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia can cause the phenomenon of short-term memory damage, but it is reversible. The recovery time of the combined therapy is shorter than that of single modified electroconvulsive therapy. Moreover, the combined therapy is safe and effective, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
