摘要 目的探讨云南省2014年1—12月食源性疾病暴发事件的发病规律和特点,为制定预防和控制措施提供依据。方法对云南省2014年报告的食源性疾病暴发事件资料建立数据库,并按时间、场所、致病因素、原因等进行统计分析。结果共报告食源性疾病暴发事件346起,发病3 033人,死亡50人。6—8月为发病高峰,报告起数占全年总数的62.8%;野生蕈中毒报告起数和死亡人数,分别占总数的57.8%和58.0%;微生物性食物中毒发病人数,占总数的33.7%;发病场所以农村家庭的报告起数、发病人数和死亡人数最多,分别占总数的78.6%、58.5%和86.0%;学校食堂发生的食源性疾病波及人数最多,平均每起发病33人。结论应加强农村家宴和学校食堂的卫生监管,有针对性地开展预防野生蕈和微生物性食物中毒知识宣传教育。 [Objective]To explore the epidemic regularity and characteristics of foodborne disease outbreaks in Yunnan Province from January to December in 2014, provide the basis for developing the prevention and control measures.[Methods]The database for the foodborne disease outbreaks was established, and the data were statistically analyzed according to time, place, pathogenic factors and reasons.[Results]A total of 346 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported, and there were 3 033 patients, including50 death cases. The peak season appeared June to August, which the reported outbreaks accounted for 62.8% of whole year. The outbreaks and death cases caused by wild mushroom poisoning accounted for 57.8% and 58.0% of total respectively. The food poisoning caused by microorganism, accounting for 33.7% of total outbreaks.The outbreaks, patients and death cases occurred in rural family accounted for the largest proportion, which was 78.6%, 58.5% and 86.0%, respectively. The foodborne diseases happened in the school canteen involved the most cases, and there were 33 cases in each event on average. [Conclusion]It is necessary to enhance the supervision and management of the rural family dinner and the school canteens, and carry out the education and publicity about the prevention on food poisoning caused by wild mushroom and microorganism.
