龙珠软膏联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗湿疹临床效果观察被引量：15

摘要湿疹的病因复杂，一般认为与变态反应有关，细菌、真菌及其代谢产物在皮炎湿疹的发生、发展过程中有一定作用，对细菌、真菌的有效清除有利于湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的治疗。龙珠软膏由麝香、牛黄、珍珠、琥珀、硼砂、冰片、炉甘石组成。动物实验表明，龙珠软膏有较强的抑菌、抗炎、镇痛等作用，局部可收敛干燥，防止继发细菌、真菌感染。我们观察了龙珠软膏联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗湿疹的疗效。
