摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定曲安奈德益康唑乳膏中曲安奈德和硝酸益康唑两组分的含量。方法采用HypersilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:A:0.5%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调pH值为3.5)、B∶乙腈,进行线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长为240nm;进样量20μl。结果曲安奈德在10.10~30.30μg.ml-1、硝酸益康唑在101.1~303.3μg.ml-1浓度范围内与各自的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r均为0.9999。平均回收率曲安奈德为99.8%,RSD为1.51%;硝酸益康唑为100.1%,RSD为0.58%。结论本方法精密度好,结果准确可靠,适用于该复方制剂的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of two ingredients in triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the column was Hypersil C18 (4.6mm× 250mm,5μm) ;the mobile phase consisted of A (0.5% triethylamine solution, pH3.5 adjusted with H3PO4 )B (acetonitrile) ,using linear gradients; the ultraviolet wavelength was set at 240nm. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 10.10 - 30.30μg·ml^-1 for triamcinolone acetonide ( r = 0. 999 9) , 101.1 - 303.3 μg·ml^-1 for econazole nitrate ( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.8% with an RSD of 1.51% and 100.1% with an RSD of 0.58% for the two above mentioned components respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable for the quality control of this compound preparation.
