E-选择素S128R基因多态性与中国人群冠心病发病相关性的Meta分析 被引量:10

Correlation between E-selectin S128R polymorphism and coronary heart disease in Chinese population: a Meta-analysis

摘要 目的研究E-选择素S128R基因多态性与中国人群冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)发病相关性。方法全面检索中国知网以及Pub Med关于E-选择素S128R基因多态性与中国人群冠心病关联性的原始病例对照研究,根据文献纳入标准纳入符合标准的研究,并进行数据合并。利用E-选择素S128R基因的不同的遗传模型OR值及其95%CI作为效应指标进行分析。结果 6个原始研究共计1788例对象(其中冠心病患者938例,健康对照850例)进入最后的数据合并。杂合子比较模型和显性模型Meta分析表明E-选择素S128R基因多态性与冠心病易感性有统计学意义(R vs.S:OR=5.45,95%CI:2.69-9.69,P=0.02;RR vs.SS:OR=5.98,95%CI:1.32-27.12,P=0.02;RS vs.SS:OR=2.62,95%CI:1.94-3.53,P〈0.01;RR+RS vs.SS:OR=2.70,95%CI:2.01-3.64,P〈0.01;RR vs.RS+SS:OR=4.89,95%CI:1.07-22.32,P=0.04)。结论 E-选择素S128R基因多态性与中国人群冠心病易感性有关。 Objective To study the correlation between E-selectin S128 R polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD) in Chinese population. Methods The databases of CNKI and Pub Med were retrieved for collecting the original case-control studies about the correlation between E-selectin S128 R polymorphism and CHD in Chinese population, and eligible studies were enclosed according to internalized standard and the data was merged. The values of OR and 95%CI of E-selectin S128 R different genetic models were taken as effective indexes applied in the analysis. Results There were 6 original studies(1788 cases including 938 CHD cases and 850 health controls) included in final data merging. The Meta-analysis on heterozygote comparison model and dominance model showed that the correlation between E-selectin S128 R polymorphism and CHD susceptibility had statistical significance(R vs. S: OR=5.45, 95%CI: 2.69-9.69, P=0.02; RR vs. SS: OR=5.98, 95%CI: 1.32-27.12, P=0.02; RSvs. SS: OR=2.62, 95%CI: 1.94-3.53, P0.01; RR+RS vs. SS: OR=2.70, 95%CI: 2.01-3.64, P0.01; RR vs. RS+SS: OR=4.89, 95%CI: 1.07-22.32, P=0.04). Conclusion E-selectin S128 R polymorphism is correlated to CHD susceptibility in Chinese population.
