摘要
基于扎根理论的研究框架,在CNKI中对创新文化相关论文进行了文献编码分析,据此构建出由个体创新精神、团队创新精神和社会创新氛围所构成的创新文化概念体系。其中,个体创新是人们对自己所从事创新活动的态度,具体包括冒险精神、求新求变精神、个体精神、怀疑精神四要素;团队创新精神是人们对于联合创新和复杂创新的态度,具体包括奋斗精神、合作精神、开放精神三要素;社会创新氛围是人们对待他人从事创新活动的态度,具体包括尚贤文化、包容文化、诚信文化、平等文化四要素。
Based on the grounded theory,this paper systematically implemented the coding analysis to the literatures about innovative culture from the journal database in CNKI. And then,it constructed the concept systems of innovative culture,consisting of individual innovative spirit,team innovative spirit and social innovative atmosphere. The individual innovative spirit reflected people＇s attitudes to participate in innovative activities,including the spirit of adventure,novelty,personality and skepticism; the team innovative spirit denoted people＇s attitudes to participate in joint and complex innovation,containing the spirit of struggle,cooperation and opening; the social innovative atmosphere relaxed people＇s attitudes to others＇ innovative activities,covering the culture of respecting talents,tolerating others,sincerity to society and equality each other.
