摘要
从水华暴发区域分离筛选出一株溶藻效果稳定的菌株RZ1,革兰氏染色试验表明,该菌株是革兰氏阳性菌;溶藻特性试验结果表明,该溶藻细菌的溶藻效应与菌液添加量、p H值以及光照条件密切相关,其最佳溶藻条件为菌藻体积比1∶5,光周期,p H值为8。
A strain RZ1 was isolated from the water body of bloom-forming alga.The result of gram stain showed that the strain was a grampositive bacterium.The lyric character of the bacteria showed that the lyric effect was closely related to the ratio of volumne, pH value and light conditions The orthogonal tests showed that the best lyric conditions were that the ratio between bacteria and alga was 1:5 in volume ,light condition was photoperiod and pH value was 8.
