摘要
研究了超声波机械效应对铜绿微囊藻的即时去除,发现超声波可以安全、高效地去除藻类.超声作用9 min即可降低藻细胞浓度25%左右,去除过程符合一级动力学反应规律,速率常数为0.03006 min-1.在80 kHz的频率下,超声处理的最佳功率为80 W,最适宜温度为24~33℃.在输入总能量相同的条件下,增加处理频次,可提高藻的去除效率.
The ultrasonic instantaneous removal of Microcystis aeruginosa by mechanical effect was studied. It was shown that ultrasonic is a secure and effective way to removal of cyanobacteria. About 25% cyanobacteria are removed by 9 min’s irradiation of ultrasound, the process follows the first order reaction, and the rate constant is 0.03006 min -1. The optimal working power is 80 W, and the optimum temperature is 24~33 ℃ under 80 kHz. Increasing the treatment frequency is proportional to the removal of cyanobacteria on the condition of inputting equivalent energy.
