摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)检测明胶空心胶囊中遮光剂二氧化钛的含量。方法:样品经混合酸微波消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定明胶空心胶囊中的二氧化钛。结果:二氧化钛在2~1 000 ng·m L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9~1.000 0,最低检出浓度为0.025 0~0.575 5μg·g-1,回收率为98.06%~102.0%。结论:本文建立的方法简便、灵敏,有较低的检出限,符合方法学验证要求,可用于明胶空心胶囊中遮光剂二氧化钛的限度测定。 Objective: To establish the analysis methods of titanium dioxide in gelatin empty capsules by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). Methods: The samples were digested by mixed acids using the microwave and determined by ICP-MS. Results: The good linear relation was determined in the range of 2^(^(-1)) 000 ng·m L^(-1)by ICP-MS with a regression coefficient of 0. 999 9^(^(-1)). 000 0. The detection limit was 0. 025 0-0. 575 5 μg·g^(-1),and the recovery rate of spiked samples ranged within 98. 06%^(^(-1))02. 0%. Conclusion: This method is simple,high sensitivity with low detection limits and is in accordance with the requirements of the methodological validation. It can achieve the purpose of the limit determination for titanium dioxide in gelatin empty capsules.
