摘要
100mg已研磨的食品塑料包装材料,用硝酸4mL和硫酸3mL混合酸消解,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定所得试样溶液中二氧化钛的含量。选择336.122nm波长为钛的分析线,钛的质量浓度在25 mg·L^(-1)以内与其信号值呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为4.0mg·kg^(-1)。方法的加标回收率在93.6%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=8)小于1%。
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of TiO2 in plastic food packing materials. One hundred mg of sample was homogenized and digested with mixed solution containing 4 mL of con. HNO3 and 3 mL of con. H2SO4. Wavelength of 336. 122 nm was selected as analytical spectral line for determination of Ti in sample solution. Linear relationship between values of analytical signal and mass concentration of titanium was kept in the range within 25 mg · L^-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 4. 0 mg · kg^-1. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 93. 6%-101.2%. Test for precision was made and RSD's (n=8) found were less than 1%.
