Interfacial Mechanical Properties of Single-chamber Dual Thrust Grain for Solid Propellant

摘要 采用组合装药方法制备了改性双基推进剂组合药柱,用材料拉伸实验机测试了螺压和浇铸工艺制备的改性双基推进剂组合药柱在20、50和-40℃下的抗拉强度和伸长率,用扫描电镜-能谱联合分析仪测试了药柱断裂面的形貌及元素分布。结果表明,螺压工艺和浇铸工艺制备的推进剂组合药柱界面的力学性能略高于浇铸工艺推进剂药柱的力学性能,组合药柱界面的处理方式对其力学性能影响不大,组合药柱的力学性能主要受两级推进剂中力学性能较低的一级推进剂影响。 The modified double-base propellant grain was prepared by the method of single-chamber dual thrust grain.The tensile strength and the elongation at+50℃,-40℃and+25℃of single-chamber dual thrust grain were tested by tensile strength equipment.The fracture surface morphology and the element distribution were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy-energy spectrum analyzer.The results show that the interfacial mechanical properties of the propellants made by a screw extruded-casted combination process are better than those of the propellants made by the casted one.The interface treatment method and the cohesive structure has a little influence on the mechanical properties of the interface.The final mechanical properties of the single-chamber dual thrust grain are mostly dependent on the level of propellant with weaker mechanical properties.
