深部平行大断层巷道变形机理及支护技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 以某矿回采巷道为例,测试了断层附近地应力大小和方向,与不受断层影响处测试结果进行比较,得出断层对地应力大小和方向影响显著,分析了平行大断层时深部巷道顶板下沉量小、两帮移近量大进而引起严重底鼓的变形特征,得出巷道围岩应力值相对围岩强度大且初期支护强度较低的变形机理,提出"强帮快支"的巷道支护技术,把该技术成功应用于井下,取得显著支护效果,成功解决了该矿深部平行大断层巷道支护难题。 This paper takes a mine roadway as an example,tested crustal stress magnitude and direction near fault,compared test results with not affected by faults,faults significant effect on the situ stress magnitude and direction. Deformation characteristics of deep roadway is small roof subsidence and large deformation in roadway sides,causing severe roadway floor heave when parallel to the major faults. Deep roadway deformation mechanism is rock stress values relatively large compared with rock strength and early support with low intensity. This paper puts forward "strong and fast roadway's sides" support technology and the technology successfully applied to underground,achieved significant supporting effect,successful solved the mine deep roadway which parallel to the major faults supporting problem.
