摘要
为解决深井综放大断面顺槽目前由于多采用高强度、高密度的锚网索带联合支护,使得支护成本上升、支护时间增加的问题。以东滩矿1308运输顺槽为例,通过改进后考虑锚杆间排距及锚杆锚索锚固力作用的组合梁支护理论,对其支护参数进行优化。1308运输顺槽的工程实践表明:优化后的支护参数不仅保证了大断面煤巷顶板支护安全稳定,而且节约了巷道支护成本,提高了掘进速度。
The combined support including the bolt,steel mesh,anchor and steel strip,with high strength and high density,was often used to deal with the large-section crossheading in deep coal mine,which increased the support cost and time.Taking the 1308 crossheading of Dongtan Coal Mine as an example,primary support parameters were optimized based on the improved combined-beam theory which considered the bolt space and the interaction between bolt and anchor.Engineering practice showed that the optimized support parameters reduced the cost of support and increased the speed of driving while ensuring the stability of roadway.
