摘要
特殊教育信息化是教育信息化的重要组成部分。伴随着教育信息化的发展,特殊教育信息化也逐渐受到各行各业的关注。本研究采用内容分析的方法,从研究内容、研究方法、研究数量和作者等维度对特殊教育信息化的相关文献进行了梳理和归纳,最后从发展特殊教育的方针政策和管理、信息技术与特殊教育课程教学深度融合、特殊教育教师及特教中心管理人员的培训、基础理论研究与实践应用研究均衡发展、国内各地区的交流与合作、构建特殊教育资源公共服务及管理平台几个方面对特殊教育信息化的发展和研究做了深入的思考,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策及建议。
Special education informatization, an important part of education informatization, has gradually drawn the attention of all walks of life, with the development of educational informatization. This article, based on the method of content analysis, reviews research literature on special education informationization in terms of research content and methods, as well as the quantity and names of the articles, and probes into special education informationization from the perspectives of the guidelines, policies and management of special education development, the in-depth integration of informational technology with the special education curriculum, the training of special education teachers and special education center managers, the balanced development of basic theory research and practical application research, the exchanges and cooperation in different places across China, and the building of a public service and management platform for special education resources. In conclusion, the study gives and proposals.
