摘要
某制造厂在用L 360螺旋焊管生产热煨弯管的过程中发现弯管出现裂纹现象,对弯管母管进行理化检验和金相分析,确认母管材质符合标准要求。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对裂纹断口的组织结构、微观形貌以及裂纹区域的化学成分分布进行检测分析,发现裂纹源区有Cu污染,并结合热煨弯管的制造过程,对热煨弯管开裂的原因进行深入讨论。研究结果显示:母管表面的Cu污染是造成弯管在煨制过程中开裂的主要原因,提出了相应的生产质量控制措施。
Cracks are observed on external arcs of bends manufactured from L360 spiral welded(SAW) steel pipes. Conducted are physical and chemical inspection and metallographic examination and results show that quality of parent pipes meets requirements specified in relative standards. Applied are metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy spectrometer(EDS) for detection analysis on organizational structures and microstructures of crack fractographs and chemical composition distribution in crack areas and it is found that Cu contamination exists in crack source areas. Further study results show that Cu contamination on the surface of parent pipes is dominant to the bend cracking. For this reason, proposed are reasonable measures for controlling process quality during bend manufacturing.
