摘要
针对L415M管线钢热煨弯管后在焊缝区产生横向裂纹的现象,应用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、DR探伤仪及显微硬度计对裂纹产生区域进行分析。结果表明,裂纹产生的主要原因是焊缝区的韧性不足,焊缝第二类回火脆性倾向较高,弯管后回火温度过高及保温时间偏长。
Based on the transverse crack appearing on the weld zone of hot-bended L415M steel pipeline,the cracking reason was analyzed with optical microscope,SEM,XRD,DR flaw detector and micro-hardness tester.The results show that the main reasons of the cracking is the insufficient toughness of the weld zone which results from high temper brittleness trend of the weld joint and the excessive tempering temperature and holding time.
