摘要
以国家安全背景下情报存在及情报活动规律的变化为出发点,论述了国家安全形势的复杂性对情报学发展的影响,提出情报学应当以总体国家安全观为指导,拓展研究领域、丰富理论和方法体系,以情报能力为核心创新人才培养模式,构建更加丰富的学科图景,更好地服务国家总体安全与发展。
This paper takes the existence of intelligence and diversification of activity routine as starting point under the background of na- tional security. This paper discusses the impact of complicated national security situation to the development of intelligence, proposes that the development of intelligence science should under the guidance of overall national security concept, expland the research of intelligence science, enrich intelligence theory and method system,innovates intelligence-oriented personnel training mode and constructs a more plenti- ful subject outlook, so as to better service the national security and development.
