摘要
某钢厂采用EBT—LF—VD—VC工艺生产50Cr5MoV轧辊钢,对该钢种LF精炼过程中氧、氮变化及夹杂物数量、粒径分布、类型进行了分析。结果表明:LF精炼后,钢液中w(T.O)由86×10-6降至55×10-6;w(N)几乎没变化,由57×10-6降至55×10-6,含有大量的TiN夹杂;经钙处理及软吹处理后,钢中夹杂物转变为CaO-MgO-Al2O3类和钙铝酸盐类,但钢液中仍含有较多的Al2O3夹杂,夹杂物数量约为20.28个/mm2。对精炼渣进行优化并采用埋弧操作和增大吹氩流量,可促进夹杂物的去除。
The process EBT-LF-VD-VC was adopted to produce 50Cr5 MoV roller steel in a steelmaking plant.The variation of oxygen and nitrogen contents,the number of inclusions,grain size distribution and the types of inclusions in the steel during LF refining process were analyzed.The results showed that the total oxygen content in the liquid steel was reduced to 55×10^-6 from 86×10^-6 after LF refining,but Nitrogen content had little change,decreasing to 55×10^-6 from 57×10^-6.There were lots of TiN inclusions generated.The main inclusions in the steel were transformed into CaOMgO-Al2O3 and calcium aluminates after calcium treatment and soft blowing treatment.But there were still a lot of Al2O3 inclusions in the molten steel,and the number of inclusions was about 20.28 per square millimeter. Optimizing the refining slag,adopting the submerged arc operation and increasing the blowing argon flow could be useful for the inclusions to remove.
