摘要
[目的]进行烯效唑悬浮种衣剂的研制,用于延长马铃薯种薯储藏期休眠,延缓马铃薯种薯萌芽。[方法]利用湿研磨法对10%烯效唑悬浮种衣剂的配方进行筛选和优化。[结果]烯效唑10%,农乳600#5%,黄原胶0.2%,白炭黑2%,PVA-1799 0.3%,MF 3%,正辛醇0.1%,山梨酸钾0.5%,乙二醇5%,警戒色素1%,水72.9%。对该悬浮种衣剂的性能指标检测结果表明,各项质量指标均达到悬浮种衣剂标准,其中悬浮率94.1%、热贮稳定性分解率2.1%等。[结论]10%烯效唑悬浮种衣剂对马铃薯种薯储藏抑芽效果及推广应用值得深入研究。
[Aims] The uniconazole flowable concentrate for seed coating (FSC) was researched to prolong the dormancy stage and delay the sprouting of potato. [Methods] The uniconazole 10% FSC was processed by wet milling, and the adjuvants were screened and optimized. [Results] The experimental results showed that the formula was uniconazole 10%, emulsifier 600# 5%, xanthan gum 0.2%, white carbon black 2%, PVA-1799 0.3%, MF 3%, n-caprylic alcohol 0.1%, potassium sorbate 0.5%, ethylene glycol 5%, warning colouration pigment 1% and water 72.9%. The performance of the formulation was tested, and all the indicators of the FSC met with the relevant standards. The suspension rate was 94.1%, and the decomposition rate of thermal storage was 2.1%, etc. [Conclusions] The inhibition effect on sprouting and application were worthy of further investigation.
