急性脑出血患者C-反应蛋白水平变化的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血患者测定血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)的意义。方法:选择2011年6月-2015年6月本院收治的96例脑出血患者作为观察组,另外选择同期在本院进行健康查体的正常人100例作为对照组,测定两组血浆CRP,分析观察组血浆CRP与早期神经功能和认知功能的关系。结果:观察组轻、中、重型脑出血血浆CRP均明显高于对照组,中、重型脑出血血浆CRP明显高于轻型脑出血,重型脑出血血浆CRP明显高于中型脑出血,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血浆CRP水平是患者早期神经功能恶化的独立危险因素;认知功能障碍者血浆CRP明显高于认知功能无障碍者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆CRP可以反映脑出血患者的病情严重程度,并且可以判断患者预后。 Objective:To study the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:96 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group,while 100 healthy people who received health examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma CRP levels of the two groups were detected.The relationships between plasma CRP levels and early neurological function and cognitive function were analyzed in the observation group.Result:In the observation group,the light,medium and severe cerebral hemorrhage patients' plasma CRP levels were significantly higher than that in the control group.The plasma CRP levels of the medium and severe cerebral hemorrhage patients were significantly higher than that of the light cerebral hemorrhage patients.The plasma CRP level of the severe cerebral hemorrhage patients was significantly higher than that of the middle cerebral hemorrhage patients.The differences above were all statistically significant(P0.01).Plasma CRP level was an independent risk factor for early neurological deterioration.The CRP level in patients with cognitive dysfunction was significantly higher than that in patients without cognitive dysfunction,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Plasma CRP can reflect the severity of cerebral hemorrhage and can judge the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients.
