摘要
目的:通过功能磁共振成像(f MRI)研究,实现有氧训练对阿尔茨海默病(AD)治疗效果的量化评估。方法:本研究将选取的17例AD患者随机分为训练组(9例)和对照组(8例),同时获取两组患者在入组时和3月后的f MRI数据,分别对数据进行低频振幅(ALFF)分析和脑功能网络分析。结果:训练组3月后的双侧前额叶、前扣带回皮层ALFF值及脑网络介数中心度(BC)值较训练前增高,且3月后训练组的BC值较对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步根据网络的核心节点分布情况发现,训练后网络的核心节点呈现出双侧分布,有异于训练前的偏侧分布。结论:静息态f MRI数据提示有氧训练有助于AD患者认知功能的恢复,为AD患者有氧训练有效性评价提供了一种量化评估的方法 。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of aerobic exercise in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD) quantitatively by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Methods: Seventeen cases of patients with AD were randomly divided into training group(9 cases) and control group(8 cases). The fMRI data of baseline and 3 months later were got for the amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) analysis and analysis of brain functional network. Results: The training group showed increased ALFF value of bilateral prefrontal and anterior cingulate cortex and brain network between centrality(BC) value compared with baseline after 3 months of training, while the BC value of training group was higher than those in con- trol group after 3 months. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Further analysis of the network hubs showed bi- lateral distribution after training, which was different from the asymmetric distribution before. Conclusion: Resting-state fMRI data suggest that aerobic exercise is helpful to recovery of cognitive function in patients with AD, providing a quantitative e- valuation method of effectiveness.
