摘要
目前煤巷综掘施工技术已经成熟,但在大坡度煤层下山施工中,采用一般的综掘施工工艺已无法满足正常的安全生产需要。为此陈四楼煤矿九采区胶带下山在施工时通过改造综掘机的液压系统、增加辅助后退油缸、优化施工工艺等措施,突破了综掘机下山施工的极限坡度,实现了大坡度下山巷道的快速掘进。
Recently,fully-mechanized driving technology of coal roadway is already quite mature,but in the construction of coal seam with large inclined angle,the general fully-mechanized driving technology can not meet the demands of normal production. So,many optimized methods were put into practices in belt transport dip in No. 9 mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,such as the transformation of hydraulic system in digging machine,adding auxiliary back cylinders,optimizing the construction process,and other measures. With the application of these methods,the limit of dip construction by digging machine was broken down,and has achieved the speedy construction of dip roadway with large inclined angle.
