摘要 针对大倾角上山掘进在机械化综合配套快速掘进方面没有过多的实践,开滦唐山矿通过合理选择掘进配套设备,改进掘进机液压系统,优化掘进施工工艺和截割方式,建造人工平台等措施,实现了Y485里工作面平均26°、最大29°的大倾角上山机械化掘进,突破了掘进机在大倾角上山施工的限制,为大倾角上山机械化掘进探索了施工技术和工艺。 For there is no much practice of steep uphill tunneling in rapid driving with mechanized comprehensive supporting, through reasonably selecting excavation equipment, improving the hydraulic system of roadheader, optimizing the tunneling construction process & cutting mode and building artificial platform and other measures, Tangshan Mining Branch Company of Kailuan Group has achieved the steep uphill mechanized tunneling with average of 26° and maximal angle of 29 ° in Y485 working face, which has broken the constraints of steep uphill construc- tion of the roadheader, and explored the construction technology and process for the steep uphill mechanized tunneling.
