摘要
为提高城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道的使用寿命,准确巡察事故隐患,在对国内外已有管道事故调查、失效原因分析、失效数据统计基础上,通过探寻和分析城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道在设计、制造、运输、埋设、运行过程中可能导致燃气泄漏的危险源因素,建立了城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道危险源指标体系;通过运用灰色关联分析方法,系统研究并确立了城镇燃气聚乙烯管道危险源辨识指标以及各危险源指标与最优辨识指标的关联度;通过建立灰色层次综合评价模型,计算出了城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道危险源评价指标的重要度大小,从而实现了对城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道重大危险源的可靠辨识,为准确评估城镇燃气埋地聚乙烯管道的危险源,及时发现事故隐患和实施科学维护提供依据。
In order to improve the life of city PE gas pipeline, based on the domestic and international ac- cident investigation, failure analysis and failure statistics, analysis of city PE gas pipeline hazard factors in the design, manufacture, buried, transportation and operation of the process which may lead to a gas leak. Used associated degree analysis method, determined city PE gas pipeline system hazard indicators and the associated degree with the bestid entifieation index. Based on grey comprehensive evaluation model, the degree of each dangerous soure's hazard is sequenced with a corresponding identification result in order to evaluation hazards of the city polyethylene gas pipeline and timely found potential accidents so as to pro- vide basis for implementing scientific maintenan~
