天然气长输管道清管作业收球工艺优化 被引量:14

Optimization of receiving process in pigging operation of long-distance gas pipeline

摘要 清管器运行速度的控制是清管作业的难点,常给收球操作埋下隐患。为避免高球速对收球筒及其附属设施的损坏,以提高收球作业的安全性和可靠性,从工艺角度出发,在直接收球工艺的基础上提出间接收球工艺:利用进站三通处支线管道与收球筒上的引球管道,将清管器前后连通,平衡推球压差,降低其进入收球筒的速度,再次调节进站支线阀门开度,重新建立压差,使清管器缓慢滑入收球筒内。通过对新工艺进行HAZOP分析,提出将其接入管道SCADA系统中进行实时监测,在重要节点加强监听,增加气体泄漏检测设备及检测频次等建议,确保新工艺顺利实施。实际工程应用表明,新工艺能够有效控制清管器进入收球筒的速度,避免收球伤害,具有较理想的收球缓冲效果。 As a bottleneck in pigging operations, control over pig running rate may frequently present hazards to pig- receiving operations. To protect the pig receiver and accessories against damages induced by high pig running rate, and thereby enhance safety and reliability of pig-receiving operation, the indirect pig-receiving process is proposed on the basis of direct pig-receiving process. In particular, branch pipeline at the inlet T-joint and the pig-pilot pipe of the pig receiver are used jointly to establish communication before and after the pig to counteract the ball-driving pressure difference and so reduce the velocity of the pig entering the pig receiver. Then, openness of valves on the branch feeding lines is adjusted to re-establish the differential pressure, so that the pig can enter the pig receiver slowly. Through HAZOP of the new process, some suggestions are proposed to ensure its smooth implementation. For example, the new processes is included in the pipeline SCADA system to ensure real-time monitoring; monitoring over key nodes is strengthened, more gas detectors and more frequent detection are used. Field applications show that the new process can effectively control the speed of the pig entering the pig receiver, so as to avoid potential damages and achieve proper buffering effects.
