摘要
海上油田注水海管清管利用修井用泥浆罐储存海管清管清理出的各种介质,并通过泥浆泵经由油井采油树向生产流程转液,以此达到环保要求的同时实现海管清管作业。该清管模式受泥浆池容积、油水井作业、油水井作业队人员调配等诸多条件限制。通过增设注水海管收球桶至原油混输海管工艺流程,对注水海管清管流程进行改造,清管介质直接进入原油混输海管。实现海上油田注水海管清管作业用时节省39.51%,降低清管作业安全环保风险,单次清管作业节约成本10万元,取得较好的效果。
Pigging of offshore oil field water injection pipeline uses mud tank to store all kinds of media cleaned up by pipeline pigging,and transfers fluid to production process through mud pump through oil well production tree,so as to meet environmental protection requirements and realize pigging operation.The pigging mode is limited by mud tank volume,oil and water well operation,and personnel allocation of oil and water well operation team.By adding the process flow of the mixed transportation pipeline from the receiving barrel of the water injection pipeline to the crude oil,the pigging process of the water injection pipeline is reformed,and the pigging medium enters the crude oil mixed transportation pipeline directly.In order to save 39.51% of the time and reduce the risk of safety and environmental protection in pigging operation,the cost of single pigging operation is saved by about 100,000 yuan,and a better process transformation effect has been achieved.
