摘要
智能电网发展促使更多的需求侧资源参与电网的互动,因此在制定需求侧管理政策时须了解各类型负荷的响应特性。文中首先对不同类型电力负荷进行分析,构建反映负荷用电特性的用户负荷特征量,进而获得实施分时电价后用户的需求响应负荷曲线。然后根据经济学原理,对分时电价环境下用户的需求响应行为进行分析,构建了相应的负荷削减和转移模型。通过用户对不同时间下用电需求的自弹性和交叉弹性系数分析获得用户需求响应矩阵,进而利用该矩阵对用户在实行基于电价的需求侧管理后的负荷变化情况进行快速分析。通过算例分析,给出了用户需求响应矩阵在实施分时电价需求侧管理分析中的应用,仿真结果证明文中提出的方法行之有效。
Development of smart grid encourage more demand-side resources to participate in the interactive of the grid. As a result,when developing demand-side management policies,the response characteristics of various types of loads must be considered. In this paper,by analyzing different types of loads,the load characteristic and user demand response load curve are firstly obtaind under time of using(TOU)price. Then according to economics principles,the users′ behavior during demand response,building the corresponding load reduction and transfer model are analyzed.With the users′ self-elasticity and cross-elasticity of electricity demand at different times,a response matrix is obtained,then the matrix is used to analyze the changes in demand of users under TOU. An numerical case is used to testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and method.
