摘要
智能电网的全面发展为电力普遍服务的实施带来了新的契机。对电力普遍服务的概念、主体、实施对象以及内容进行介绍,并结合我国智能电网的建设,探讨了新环境下电力普遍服务的履行方式,同时为成本补偿机制提供新的思路,以期对我国电力普遍服务的发展提供借鉴。
With all-around development of the smart grid,the implementation of power universal services has met a good opportunity.This paper presents a study on the concept,subjects,objects and contents of power universal services and also enriches the options of power universal services combined with smart grid construction.At the same time,it also provides new thoughts for compensation mechanism.It will promote the development of the power universal services in China.
