促进剂对中温固化EP及其预浸料室温贮存稳定性的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Accelerators on Storage Stability of Moderate Temperature-Cured Epoxy Resin and Prepreg at Room Temperature

摘要 通过差热扫描量热、傅里叶变换红外光谱、黏度、凝胶时间、树脂流动度和力学性能测试等方法研究了苯基–二甲脲(Urea-2)和1,1-二甲基-3-苯基脲(PDU)两种商品化促进剂对采用双氰胺作为固化剂的环氧树脂(EP)固化体系及其预浸料在室温环境贮存过程中的稳定性的影响。结果表明,采用Urea-2作促进剂的EP固化体系室温反应活性较高,随贮存期的延长明显发生固化反应,其预浸料在室温下贮存10 d后的物理性能不稳定,由其所制备的层压板力学性能出现了较大幅度的下降,不能满足标准BMS 8–79的使用要求。采用PDU作促进剂的EP固化体系在室温下贮存30 d后其各项性能均无明显变化,相应的预浸料在室温贮存10 d后物理性能较为稳定、工艺使用性能保持较好,由其制备的层压板力学性能仅略有下降,完全满足BMS 8–79的使用要求,表明促进剂PDU的潜伏性好,更适合用于所研究的中温固化EP体系。 Effects of two commodity accelerators including phenyl--dimethylurea (Urea-2) and 1,1-dimethyl-3phenylurea (PDU) on the storage stability of epoxy curing systems with the curing agent of dicyandiamide and the respective prepreg at room temperature were studied by DSC, FTIR, viscosity, gel time, mechanical properties, and etc. The results show taht the reactivity of epoxy curing system using Urea-2 as accelerator at room temperature is high enough to induce the obVious curing reaction with storage duration, the physical performances of its prepreg are also unstable after 10 d storage at room temperature, so the mechanical properties of the prepared laminate great decrease and can't meet the using requirements of the standard BMS 8-79. There are no significant variations for the properties of epoxy curing system with PDU as accelerator after 30 d storage at room temperature, the physical and processing properties of the respective prepeg also show good performance after 10 d storage at room temperature, so the mechanical properties of the prepared laminate only decrease slightly and meet the using requirements of BMS 8-79 completely, which indicates the accelerator PDU has good latency and is more suitable for the studied moderate temperature-cured epoxy resin system.
